The first time I tried to book a show
was a HUGE embarrassment! I was 17 and made a "demo" with my karaoke machine and a $40 Radio Shack microphone. I dropped it off at the local coffee shop and waiting to hear back. When I finally did, I was told my demo "wasn't very good." And there was "nothing special" about my music.
A few years later, I walked into the same venue, played a few songs, and was booked on the spot.
I created Step on Stage to teach you everything I've learned about showing up like a pro and booking the damn gig.
I know how frustrating it is to feel invisible.
